For years I have been thinking about the water resources of our planet. Especially since almost everyone knows the stories of parched land, with dead cattle and inedible water. Especially when it comes from areas where mining of rare earth took place. Or from areas where fracking has taken place and can no longer be pumped by normal means without fear of side effects.

In addition, many countries are increasingly affected by droughts. Also, the careless waste of groundwater is increasing, which leads to soil erosion. — Unfortunately, in some countries, these problems still do not seem to receive too much attention as long as the water is still coming out of the tap!

And if you do some research on the internet you will see that especially many of the northern countries have large water reservoirs. However, there is a catch, because these groundwater reservoirs are emptied faster than they can be refilled in the normal way.

And this trend will continue to grow due to the plantations, which have been growing larger and larger for the past 20 years, as well as increasing soil erosion and deforestation. Also, there is fracking and other methods, which, by mining raw materials using chemicals, not only erode the soil but…
