My tips to get through Christmas and New Year well, even without family or partner. — To overcome loneliness and give yourself a gift.

Many are drawn in this pre-Christmas period back to the family, parents and children to wrap in this time, despite all adverse circumstances finally again with some human closeness.
But where the loneliness prevails this year, because the family can not come or because one has just lost a loved one in this time of the pandemic, the cancellation of relatives, friends as well as from events usually hits one painfully.
There only the self-initiative helps like:

1.Yourself, to invite to your own event with one or two friends or to look that you visit each other in turn.

2. Make a plan for your own happy Christmas and New Year. One that includes not only the preparation of a special meal for oneself but also a sports or study program, along with a super movie night. In addition, prepare a gift table for themselves.
3. Organize a Skype event, like: Eat together and celebrate over Skype.
4. Ignore Christmas.

But if you have the feeling that none of this will work, because you already feel swallowed by loneliness and fear, then use the following technique to open a new path…
