A focused thought that can transform life, physically changed — does that exist?

I can’t believe it myself sometimes what I have experienced in the last 40 decades. Extraordinary experiences shape my life. Again and again, the one question arose: Is there an invisible life around us? An energy, a mysterious force, which is sometimes allowed to intervene in life?- and I am not thinking of ghost stories!

But what happened!
Just like 17, I was physically so bad that I no longer knew how to endure these painful conditions. I suffered from constant stomach pains.
And one day I was once again overrun by pain. -And this in one of the street trains of the large city, where I lived. I had an important appointment coming up, but before I reached my goal, I was overcome by severe abdominal cramps. I was hardly able to sit because of the pain. Nor was I able to concentrate on the upcoming conversation. -Pure despair overcame me! How could I possibly manage my life with this pain? -especially if I couldn’t make this important appointment.

And so I closed my eyes for a moment, clenched my hands into fists, took a deep breath, and thought to myself, “If You really exist up there, then help me now and take this terrible pain away from me!”-While doing so, I hurled my unspoken, merely mentally grasped words with the next exhale, to the Highest. -
And fearful that my next inhalation would produce another pain, I stopped perplexed: -Where had the pain gone? — Had I ever felt pain at all? -I felt lighter than ever.

What had happened? How could something like that work? -Was it the breath?- Was it my anger?- Was it God?
I wanted to know more, because I had heard about the transforming and healing thoughts before. And so I set out to explore the abilities of our mind in connection with healing. This was followed by self-experiments and visits to groups that dealt with these topics. — And after a while, I had found the right combination of thoughts and breathing together with heart-opening to show a repeatable effect. -

But the positive transformation that can be created for others with this combination and prayer took my breath away — a friend who was whimpering with osteoporosis pain stopped thereby after I had consciously directed my thoughts to his body. After about two weeks of daily thought focus on his aching body, almost liberated.

A friend whose back was so blocked that even the orthopaedist was not able to help her in the short term, succeeded in freeing herself within twenty minutes after my step-by-step instructions. -Since that time I have been working as a mental coach. The knowledge gained from this activity in connection with my clients, I have prepared for everyone interested in self-healing and activity as a mental coach, in the book: “Sometimes it only takes a deep breath”.

Because with the passing on of this knowledge, I would like to show all those who are stuck with their knowledge a way to help themselves in addition to conventional medicine.
